1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide worldwide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, if your shipping address are unable to reach to, we will contact you.

2. What is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs may vary according to your country and order placed in our website.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery will be made from 2 to 4 business days after the confirmation of the order. Orders placed during the weekends will be processed the following Monday. The delivery time will depend on the city and country of destination. The estimated shipping time is maximum 12 business days if using the standard shipping method. Please note that the shipping time does not included the processing time after you place an order. 

4. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't got any delivery update within 10 business days, please feel free to contact us.
